Virtual Team Building in Second Life

In collaboration with Mike Abrams of TBD Consulting, Mike Mulvihill, President of PossibiliTEAMS recently created and facilitated a team building activity in the virtual world of Second Life. 

A growing number of high-profile organizations like IBM, Cisco and Northrop Grumman currently use Second Life for meetings, business-to-business communications, conferences and training for their own international staff.

We wanted to explore ways that work teams with members spread around the globe could participate in team building activities that would help them collaborate and communicate more effectively in a virtual setting.
